Launched in 2026, Light Vector Labs ("Labs") is the venture creation arm of Light Vector Capital, dedicated to transforming ambitious ideas into innovative, scalable businesses. We believe exceptional companies are built at the intersection of compelling ideas, technical talent, and disciplined execution.
Our philosophy is simple: Great ideas deserve the opportunity to become great companies.
We identify opportunities, develop original business concepts, and establish the strategic foundations necessary to bring them to market. From product vision and market positioning to business models and development requirements, we provide a starting point for entrepreneurs who have the talent and ambition to build something meaningful.
We partner with driven students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who possess strong technical capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset. Together, we refine concepts, develop products, test assumptions, and pursue opportunities for commercialization. Our co-founders contribute more than technical execution; they help shape the direction of the businesses they build and share in their long-term success.
We provide strategic guidance, business infrastructure, and support with capital formation, allowing our partners to focus on innovation and execution. As ventures mature, our objective is to empower their founders to assume greater leadership and independence.

Neither. We originate the concepts, develop the initial blueprints, and recruit the co-founders who want to help build, and eventually lead, those ventures.
We explore opportunities across software, artifical intelligence, consumer products, and emerging markets. New venture ideas originate at the intersection of compelling problems and differentiated solutions where meaningful growth potential can be achieved.
Light Vector Labs does not provide growth capital to independent entrepreneurs. However, our partners will incrementally fund the overhead needs of individual projects. This includes things like back office functions and entity formations, domains, subscription-based tools, and IT infrastructure that can support R&D.
Light Vector Labs is currently funded, and it will not be raising additional capital at this time. If you're interested in direct investments once startups spin-out from Labs, let us know and we'll add you to our investor database.
Labs is currently invite-only. We will either contact you directly or through our preferred channels.
